to prepare this cake just follow the steps below
for the berries sauce,
3 cups mixed berries (you can use the frozen mix)
1\2 cup sugar
1\2 tsp vanilla
for the cake
8 ounce Philadelphia creamy cheese
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 1\2 Cup granulated sugar
5 eggs yolks
a zest of one large orange and one large lemon (you can add a zest of a lime too)
1 cup (orange + lemon) juice
2 1\2 cups flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1\4 tsp baking soda + dash of salt
Whites of 5 eggs
1\4 teaspoon cream Of tartar
To prepare the berries sauce,
mix the berries , sugar and vanilla together, Put them on a medium heat until the fluid come out , by a hand mixer try to crush the mixture and keep it in a low heat until thicken. Leave it to cool at room temperature.

heat the oven at 350 degrees and grease your mold
stiff the dry ingredients together
Whisk cheese , butter and sugar until having a creamy bale light color mixture, add eggs yolks one at a time, add the citrus zest then add the dry ingredient on a patches alternately with the citrus juice until you finish all flour mix and the juice. Using a clean and dry whisk hand and a mixer bowl start to wish the eggs white with cream of tartar until stable peaks form, add the eggs white to the cake mixture and fold the mixture from down to the up until the white mixed with the batter. pour the batter in the mold add some table spoons of the sauce berries on top and try to mix the berries sauce by a toothpick to have a marble effect then bake it until done, keep it at room temperature to cool down then enjoy it with some berries sauce on top.
